1. Professional Disclosure

Diamond Creek Investments (“DCI,” “we,” or “us”) is a locally operated real estate investment and sales company serving Sacramento, Woodland, and surrounding areas.

All real estate activities—including listings, marketing, and representation—are conducted under California Real Estate License #02032893 through Keller Williams (Dance Hall Investors, Inc., Broker License #01272617).

2. Scope of Services

Diamond Creek Investments offers multiple solutions to homeowners, including:

  • Purchase of properties for cash or creative terms-based financing

  • Listing and marketing homes through Keller Williams for maximum return

  • General consultation for homeowners facing pre-foreclosure or financial distress

If you choose to list your property, all listing agreements are executed through Keller Williams.

If you choose to sell directly to Diamond Creek Investments, Aaron Gallegos will provide full written disclosure of licensed status and any financial interest prior to closing, as required by California law.

3. No Agency Relationship

Unless a separate written agreement is executed, no agency relationship is created between you and Diamond Creek Investments.

Diamond Creek Investments may act as a principal buyer in transactions and not as your real estate agent.

4. Investor / Principal Disclosure

In certain transactions, Diamond Creek Investments may purchase properties for its own account and may profit from resale or other investment strategies.
